Working Process & Fees

As a chartered practice, we use the RIBA outline work stages summarised below, as guidance to our working process. The scope of our work is determined after the initial consultation with our client.

Stage A - Inception

Site visit, identification of client’s needs, and preparation of feasibility studies as well as assessment of various options for our clients. At this stage, depending on the nature of the scheme, we may contact the statutory authorities to assess the options.

Stage B - Design Brief

Detailed site inspection, measurement survey and development of client’s requirements into a detailed design brief.

Fees

Our fees are moderate: normally determined after the initial consultation and the assessment of our involvement. They are arranged on a stage-by-stage basis, as a lump sum or on an hourly rate depending on the specific scheme.
