To make sure you are happy with the proposed construction work on site till completion:

■       we would advice our clients on finding a competent builder.

■       it is very important that the builder gets the work well done as specified or agreed with you. We can therefore coordinate and oversee the construction activities, making sure there is a good flow of information between our clients, the planning and building control departments, other professional trades and the builder.

■       we can produce detailed drawings to help the builder in some critical areas of the work and also oversee the work on site!
